Students tour Starlab
Second and fourth grade students got an up close view of the constellations recently by touring the Starlab, an inflatable dome that projects the constellations on the roof of the dome. Mrs. Lane Rowe introduced the students to ancient Greek and Native American myths while explaining how the constellations were named. The students also got to view the night sky constellations and a view from within the earth looking out through the continents. The students greatly enjoyed the experience!
